Shipping Policy

All orders for inventoried products are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders for print on demand products are processed within 3 to 5 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return Policy

All MiniJerzeys® orders are custom-made and/or printed on demand. We are unable to restock or resell these items. Thus, we do not allow for returns. Refunds will only be processed if items are received misprinted or damaged. If your item is misplaced or damaged, please email orders@minijerzeys.com to begin your refund and return process.
